New Description: Broad overview of personnel psychology and the people analytics methods used in the field. Topics covered include job analysis, employee recruitment, personnel selection, performance management and training and development. Data analytics, data visualizations, and domain knowledge are integrated to solve real world problems and inform decision-making in organizations.
New Prerequisites: PSY 230 or 334
