Description: A graduate-level course on the application of advanced mathematics used in physics. Topics will include tensors, vector spaces, eigenvalue problems, ordinary differential equations, Green s functions, complex variable theory, complex analysis, and special functions, such as gamma functions, Bessel functions and Legendre functions, and group theory.
