Some questions we will consider include: What’s a fair way to distribute the burdens of climate change? What do emitters owe those impacted by climate change? Am I responsible for reducing my emissions? A significant portion of the class will be dedicated to energy ethics. Is there a right to energy? What is a fair and just way to transition to renewable energy?
