Description: Preparation for managing projects; project selection, project planning and budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and project control. Provides an overview of the strategy considerations managers confront when projects increase in complexity and utilize new technologies to attain the organization's innovation objectives. Formerly MQM 430.
