Description: Focus on the proven project management practices that are widely applied to implement innovation within organizations. Study methods using Microsoft Project to plan, resource, and interpret analytics to control a project. Examples of projects include the Agile methodology, consulting, sustainability, and high-tech industries. Formerly MQM 330.
