Description: This study abroad course explores the realities and paradoxes of the ever-evolving workplace with a focus on the evolution of diversity, inclusion and equity. Uses comparative and reflective approaches to evaluate the topics from the perspectives of employees and employers in Barbados and the U.S. Formerly MQM 120a01.
