Description: This course will survey the immigration experience of women, men, and children who came to the U.S. from colonial era through the 20th century; will focus on migration and on the ways race, ethnicity, gender, class and national ideas shaped the lives of immigrants.

Prerequisites: COM 110 and ENG 101 or concurrent registration
