Description: An interdisciplinary course for students in the Honors Program. In this course, students will immerse themselves in different countries in Latin America. Using the Place as Text model, students will use all their senses to learn about the society, people, history, culture, economy, traditions, systems, and language of countries they visit. The course is writing-intensive and centers on an Honors Program immersion trip overseas. Multiple enrollments allowed; maximum of 6 credit hours.
