Supervised practical experience in a professional capacity in archives, business, government, historic preservation, historical archeology, historical editing, historical society or museum work. Professional practice hours cannot constitute more than 20 percent of the hours applied for degree completion.

Prerequisites: Completion of 10 hours of graduate coursework, or consent of the graduate director; completion of application procedures. Graduate standing
