Description: The impacts of global climate change on agriculture are complex, far-reaching, spatially and temporally variable, with environmental degradation and pollution a major consequence. This course explores the dynamic relationship between climate change and agriculture and examines sustainable approaches to agriculture in light of current global environmental challenges.
