FIL 375 - Law For Accountants

Description: Accountants legal responsibilities, anti-trust, bankruptcy, federal securities regulation, insurance, regulation of employer and employee relationships, secured transactions, suretyship, and other topics for the professional accountant.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisites: 24 hours of ACC and FIL 185 with a grade of C or better; or graduate standing
