Description: This course offers key skills for students planning careers in art. Professional practices include: networking, developing audiences, contacts, presentation techniques, studio management, and understanding exhibition spaces. Students gain an introduction to contracts, archiving, and public relations. They create individualized tool kits which include an artist statement, r sum , and press releases.
