Description: This course introduces art made in the United States of America circa 1800-present. It considers how, using the frameworks of gender and feminist intersectionality, art reflects ideas of gender and identity and how artists themselves explore, articulate, and question their own and others preconceptions and biases about gender and identity.
Credit Hours: 3
