SED 360 - Transition From School to Adulthood

Description: Use of transition assessment and self-determination opportunities in educational planning for individuals with disabilities. Includes Clinical Experiences: Approximately 10-20 hours. May require transportation.

Prerequisites: SED 206, Completion of PBA Teacher Education Workshop, Mandatory Reporter Training, and Criminal Background Check required
