Department: Philosophy
Description: Students will bring philosophical methods to bear on race, racism, and anti-racism. The course will explore the metaphysics of race (with an eye toward race s intersections with gender, nationality, disability, and class), the nature of racism, the political philosophy of anti-racism, and social epistemology.
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisites: Completion of 45 credit hours including in-progress credit hours
General Education: ICL - Individuals and Civic Life
