New Description: This course explores the influence of equity, diversity, inclusion, access, and belonging (EDIAB+) within the context of work. It analyzes stereotypes, prejudices, hidden biases, barriers, systemic and institutional discrimination etc. that impact workplace behavior, individual, group, and organizational level outcomes. Formerly MQM 120.
Prerequisites removed.
'Inclusion Diversity Equity Access (IDEAS) Grad Req' to be added. This graduation requirement is for all students, starting with students following the 2023-2024 catalog.
