Description: This course explores the influence of equity, diversity, inclusion, access, and belonging (EDIAB+) within the context of work. It analyzes stereotypes, prejudices, hidden biases, barriers, systemic and institutional discrimination etc. that impact workplace behavior, individual, group, and organizational level outcomes.
